I have two real passions in life — people and ideas (a good steak & ale being a close third). That’s probably not the best way to start a business introduction, but growing up I never thought of myself as the operations type. I spent most of my time in high school and college figuring out ways to do the least amount of work possible in order to maximize the time I could spend with friends.

Initially I spent more time on trying to figure out how to do less work than it would have taken to actually just do the work, but by the end of college I had it down to a science. I didn’t even buy books my last three years on campus (sorry, mom and dad). I had no idea that I could make a career out of these skills, but here I am.

I just love taking a worn out concept and simplifying it. My family would call me a serial optimist and a dreamer. Two things that drive me crazy are inefficiency and negativity. I think this is why I have a drive to come up with ways to make the tasks of my clients and co-workers easier. I want to enable people to get the job done and to enjoy it!

Outside of work, I love spending time with my beautiful bride Sara and our two wild little boys. They are the best part of my life and being around them makes me a better person.
