They didn’t get married. We just worked together. John – who owns Coastline Studios – and a couple of his guys – Ryan and Jay – worked w/ Lee Higginbottom and I at a conference there. It was great finally getting to meet John and his crew… they were all swell guys.
I’m not sure if you’re familiar with the JW Marriott hotel in Grand Rapids – right across the street from the Amway hotel – but the JW Marriott is SOOOO nice!!! It is seriously one of the nicest and fanciest hotels I’ve been to.
We also visited the Van Andel Museum which was crazy cool – AND we rode on the carousel there. It’s been a lonnnng time since I had done that. And it was about as exciting as I remember it.

That was a lot of fun. There were sure a lot of snappin’ turtles by the river.
