Have you ever wanted to be on the cover of a magazine?  I’m not talking about the ones you can get done at Cedar Point that make you look like Arnold Schwarzenegger or Pamela Anderson – no – I’m talkin’ a real magazine.. one that people can actually pick up at a store… Brides – this is your opportunity!

We’ve been asked to be a part of the She’s Got It! Most Creative Bride Contest presented by InFrame Bride.  Super cool idea with some super cool wedding professionals involved including our photographer friend Abby Rosenbaum.

Here are the specifics:

InFrame Bride Magazine is looking for the most creative wedding ideas; share yours with us! The basic rules are simple: you submit creative wedding ideas, encourage your family and friends to vote for your entry in the first round, and in the second round our judges select the best. There are virtually no limitations on the types of ideas that can be submitted—ideas may relate to favors, locations, honeymoons, themes, bridesmaid or groomsmen gifts, food or anything else you can come up with. The ideas simply have to somehow relate to a wedding.

Prizes Include -
A PROFESSIONAL PHOTO SESSION: Shot by award winning photographer, Abby Rosenbaum of Abby Rose Photo. Images from the shoot will be used in the 2010-2011 Issue of InFrame Bride.

A DAY OF BEAUTY: A makeover from Design 1 Salon & Day Spa, including a manicure, pedicure, up-do, and make up application, in preparation for the photo session.

A WEEKEND GETAWAY: A gift certificate for a two-night stay at Grand Traverse Resort & Spa.

HOW IT WORKS
The 3 Contest winners will travel to Grand Rapids, MI on June 7, 2010 to receive their makeovers, have a dress fitting, and participate in a professional photo shoot for InFrame Bride’s 2010-2011 Issue. One photo from the session will be used as the magazine cover, other photos will be used for editorial content. See official rules for complete details.

* During the first round brides can invite their friends to vote on the entries, friends can even vote via Facebook!

I’ll be serving as one of the judges as well as shooting some behind the scenes footage of the actual photo shoot.  So – what are you waiting for?  Get over there and submit your ideas!
