The National Association of Catering Executives is a group we are actively involved with because of their focus on excellence within the event industry. The sold-out annual trends event was in February and featured Jennifer Charles from Something Fabulous and David McKnight from Emerald City Designs – two extremely talented event professionals. Both presented some really helpful tips as well as current wedding trends.
