The start of our 2008 wedding season began in West Palm Beach, Florida – in FEBRUARY! If you are from Michigan, you know that Feb/Mar are the best times to be someplace warm since it is the most miserable time weather-wise here… so you can imagine how excited we were to be a part of Mary Caitlin and Bryan’s weekend of festivities.

The rehearsal took place at the Palm Beach Zoo – which was super rad… they had some of the zoo keepers working at the event and they had animals on display for people to touch and see up close. I love when we have the opportunity to film the rehearsal dinner since all of the toasts that are made are done in the intimate setting of the closest friends and family of the bride and groom. It’s always a good time.

I also enjoyed their ceremony quite a bit.. it was very heartfelt and a great reflection of who Bryan and Mary Caitlin are.

We worked alongside photographer Jonathan Scott and the fantastic event coordinator – Sandy Dorsey from Plan Ahead Events.

The reception was at the International Polo Club and was tented… it was gorgeous! And at the end of the evening, Mary Caitlin and Bryan left the reception while their guests waved sparklers… it was so pretty.

I can’t speak enough good words about this couple and their families.. I wonder if people ever get tired of me saying that – but it’s so true.. they were fantastic.. full of joy, hospitality, and a genuine love for people.
